What are the speed limits in the Emirates
The most important speed limits in the UAE:
- In cities, the speed limit is 60 km/h, but there are often signs allowing lower speeds.

In addition, the Dubai Police can issue a fine of 200-400 AED for slow driving – if the driver moves significantly slower than the flow of traffic. You can get such a fine on highways.
