• Where can I pick up my rental car?

  You can pick up the car at the office or request delivery to your hotel or Dubai airport. We will meet you at any specified address, complete the contract on-site, and provide contact information for our staff in case of any questions.
  Car delivery cost:

  • Dubai: 185 / 235 AED +5% VAT (09:00-21:00 / 21:00-09:00).
  • Other emirates — upon request.

• What are the terms of fueling the car?

  At the start of your car rental period, you will receive the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. At the end of the rental period, you must return the vehicle with a full tank as well. If you fail to refill the tank before returning the car, you will be charged for the missing fuel at a rate of 5 AED (UAE Dirhams) per liter.

  We recommend refueling the vehicle before returning it to the rental location. This will help you avoid any additional charges.

• What is the cost of additional services such as insurance and car wash?

  The cost of full insurance coverage is already included in the rental fee for any vehicle. You do not need to pay for insurance separately.

  You are fully protected against unforeseen repair costs, liability in case of an at-fault accident, or vehicle theft within Dubai and the UAE.

  The vehicle wash service is free of charge. We have our own detailing center, so before handing over any rental car in Dubai, we thoroughly prepare it.

• What are the fines and penalties for exceeding speed limits in Dubai?

  The fines range from 200 AED to 8000 AED and vehicle confiscation. Full list of all fines.

• Where can you park in Dubai and how do you pay for parking?

  In Dubai, there are 11 parking zones, which differ in cost.

  How to pay for parking in Dubai?

  • Mobile app.
    You can download the RTA Dubai or Dubai Drive apps from the Play Store or App Store, register your vehicle in the app, and pay according to the instructions.
  • Parking terminals.
    Many parking areas have special machines with payment terminals that issue a parking ticket. You can pay with coins from 1 AED to 50 fils at the machine. After payment, the driver needs to attach the parking ticket to the windshield or dashboard in a visible place.
  • Pay by SMS.
    To pay for a parking spot in Dubai via a mobile operator, you’ll need a local SIM card and sufficient balance. To pay for parking, you need to send an SMS message to 7275 with your vehicle information and the number of hours in the following format: vehicle number-space-city code-hours. An additional commission of 0.30 AED will be charged for sending the message.
  • Pay via WhatsApp.
    To avoid the commission fee, you can use a similar method via WhatsApp. For this, you need to send an SMS in the same format to the number +971588009090.

  Fines ranging from 100 AED (US$27) to 1000 AED (US$270) are imposed for parking violations in Dubai.

• Is there any mileage limit? Can I travel from Dubai to Abu Dhabi by a rental car?

  Of course, we do not restrict moving rental cars from Dubai to other emirates.

  The rental already includes a daily mileage allowance of 200-250 km depending on the vehicle. It’s about 130 km one way from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, so 260 km round trip. If you rent the car for only 1 day, you’ll need to pay extra for exceeding the mileage allowance at a rate of 1 km = 10 AED ($2.5). However, if the rental is for 2 or more days, you won’t need to pay any extra fees.

• What is included and is not included in the rental price?

  The rental price beyond the payment for the use of the car includes: rent, insurance, manager’s services, technical support 24/7. 

  Additional charges include: gasoline, toll roads, fines, damages, excessive mileage.

• Can I return the car at another location?

  Yes, returning a rented car at a location different from the pick-up point is possible. This service is provided for an additional fee.

  To arrange a return at an alternative location, you need to inform the manager. Provide them with the desired address, date, and approximate time for returning the vehicle.

  In Dubai, the fee for returning the car at a location different from the pick-up point is:

  • 185 UAE Dirhams + 5% VAT, if the return is made between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
  • 235 UAE Dirhams + 5% VAT, if the return is made between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
  • Other emirates — upon request.

  Please note that when returning the car at a different location, the standard requirements for refueling the vehicle also apply.

• Can I rent a car in Dubai without a credit card or deposit?

  Yes! We have completely eliminated the security deposit requirement – for all vehicles in Dubai, no deposit is required!
  A bank card is not mandatory. You can pay the rental cost by any other method, including cash.

• I want to rent car in Dubai Airport

  Of course, we would be happy to arrange a car rental for you directly at the Dubai airport. This is a very convenient way to get a vehicle right after your arrival.

  The cost of delivering the car to the airport is:

  • 185 UAE Dirhams (+5% VAT) from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • 235 UAE Dirhams (+5% VAT) from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
